My son is allergic to wheat, rye, barley, oats, eggs, and tree nuts and recently outgrew a dairy allergy and passed his peanut challenge. The recipes posted are geared toward his allergies. All ingredients listed would be assumed (by me, and therefore by anyone using the recipe) to be free of the above allergens due to the label being read by the user. Please check the recipes to make sure that they are safe for your own allergies.
